Mandatory Guest Registry
As a hospitality business in Greece, we are legally required to record specific details of all guests (name, nationality, passport/ID number) in a guest register as mandated by Greek Tourism and Police regulations. This data is retained for the legally prescribed period and is subject to inspection by Greek authorities.
Data Sharing & International Transfers
We will not sell your personal data. We share data only with Greek Authorities (Police, Tax, Tourism) for mandatory reporting, and with Third-Party Processors including payment gateways, booking platforms, and IT hosting providers. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are protected through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
