These Terms and Conditions, together with your booking confirmation, form the contractual agreement between you (the Guest) and Gloria Luxury Suites (the "Hotel"). By making a reservation or accepting accommodation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which are governed by Greek Law.
1. Reservation & Payment
Contract & Pricing
A contract is established only when the Hotel issues a written confirmation and the required deposit has been successfully received. All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT and service charges, unless otherwise specified.
⚠ Climate Resilience Tax: This government tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid locally upon arrival.
Occupancy & Children
The standard maximum occupancy is 3 persons per suite, including adults and children. Children count towards total occupancy unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any additional guest beyond 3 is subject to prior Hotel approval and an additional nightly charge.
The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate, charge additional fees, or refuse check-in if the arriving party exceeds the declared number of guests.
2. Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellation terms apply according to the rate plan selected at booking. Rate-specific rules always supersede general policies.
Saver Rate — 24h Grace Period
Non-refundable. Full refund only if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, the entire amount is non-refundable. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
The 5 Night Getaway
Non-refundable. Full prepayment required. No refund on cancellation or no-show. Refunds only under exceptional circumstances, within 5–10 business days.
Long Stay Saver — 9+ Nights
Non-refundable. Full prepayment required. No refund on cancellation or no-show. Refunds only under exceptional circumstances, within 5–10 business days.
Standard Rate — Free Cancellation up to 30 Days
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are charged 100% of the total amount. Eligible refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
No-Show & Early Departure
No-show without prior notification results in the full booking value being charged for all rate plans.
Early departure: in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation 503007/1976 (Greek Hotelier Regulations), guests who terminate their stay prematurely are liable for a compensation fee equal to 50% of the remaining unused period, unless the suite is re-let.

Smoking & Visitors
Smoking is kindly requested outside the suites. Outdoor areas are available for your convenience. For the privacy and safety of all registered guests, the Hotel discourages unregistered visitors in the suites.
Towels, Linen & Lost Items
Towels and linens are refreshed every 3 days, or upon request — simply inform reception or use the "Change Sheets" sign. Lost items found are kept at reception for up to 7 days.
Private Pool
Private pool access is reserved exclusively for designated suites. Guests must shower before entering, especially after the beach. Children may use the pool only under strict parental supervision. Diving is not recommended.
Eco-Conscious Policy
We kindly ask guests to turn off taps and lights when not in use. Every small action helps preserve the beauty of Halkidiki.
Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately we are unable to host pets — with the exception of certified service animals.
5. Liability & Jurisdiction
Guests are financially liable for any loss or damage caused to Hotel property during their stay.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Halkidiki, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or related to this Contract.
